Our New Build Process

Below is an overview of our collaborative process from start to finish, however not everyone we work with starts at the same place. We’re happy to be brought in after design and permitting if that’s where your project is at.

1. Inquiry + Site Visit

  • We follow up on all inquiries and schedule an in person site visit to see the property and learn more about your goals.

  • At the end of this phase we provide a pre-construction agreement that covers the feasibility and design phase.

2. Feasibility + Design

  • We will coordinate with a surveyor, architect, engineer, and any other parties deemed necessary to review your goals, land, and local ordinances.

  • Once feasibility is determined, we’ll continue the coordination of all parties to design the residence and create your construction set.

  • Once you have finalized your design, we will provide you with our building estimate.

  • At the end of this phase you will have the plans necessary to build your project and the estimated cost.

3. Permitting

  • Once contracts are signed we begin the permitting process on your behalf.

  • At the end of this phase, we will have approval from the local government to begin building.

4. Build

  • Once we begin building, you will receive access to your personal dashboard where you can view your project’s status updates and budget.

  • At the end of this phase your build will be complete!
