North Austin Side Patio
This client was looking to maximize their outdoor space! This yard’s update included extending the fence down the walkway to the front of the house, adding in gray river rocks, installing a mini picket fence, and building a patio in the back and side yard of Texas cream pavers that lead into the grassy area.

Round Rock Sun Porch
This porch is especially exciting to share because it’s a personal project! We’re thrilled to have the first remodel in our almost 50 year old home complete. When we moved in, the screens were torn, the tile was old, and the walls were blocking your view when you sat down. To achieve a sleeker look that maximized the view, we tore out the walls and facade, put in new cedar support posts, removed the tile, painted the concrete, added pendant lights, and installed convertible screens spanning the length of the porch that can be manually opened or closed. Needless to say, if you need us, we’ll be on the porch!

This micro-makeover proves that you don’t need to redo an entire bathroom to make a big impact! In a week, we replaced the cracked cast iron tub and chipped subway tile with a modern tub, large-format marble tile, and antique brass fixtures. The end result is a modern, elegant space that improves daily life!

This client was looking for a large wrap-around deck that connected their side and back yards. They chose a floating edge look with an opaque stain and decided to leave it open underneath for easy accessibility. With 580 square feet and a custom-built pergola, this deck has space for every activity come rain or shine!
